Terms & Conditions

By making a booking a client or any third parties brought by the client to Caviar Studios agrees to the following terms and conditions.

Payment

1. All studio sessions must be confirmed via phone or e-mail and a 50% deposit is required. The full balance of your booking has to be paid before your session starts.
2. Studio time is sold on a first come first serve basis, session bookings will not be confirmed without a deposit. And can potentially be lost to other clients looking to hire studio time.

Refunds & Cancellations

1. Cancellations made 7 days before the scheduled booking are eligible for a full refund.
2. Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled booking are eligible for a 50% refund.
3. Cancellations or no shows within 48 hours of the scheduled booking are not eligible for any refund in any circumstances and are non-transferable.

Overtime

1. You must arrive and leave within your booking period. Setting up and packing away is considered as part of your session time. Finishing times are recorded from when the last person leaves the studio and is charged without exception.
2. Overtime will be charged at hourly rates and is payable before ending your session.
3. Overtime must be paid by cash, bank or card before leaving the studio.

Termination

Caviar Studios ltd reserves the right to terminate any hire contract if the client or any third parties that are part of their booking are in breach of any of the Terms and Conditions.

Breakages, Losses and Damages

1. The client hiring the studio is responsible for all breakages, losses or damages caused to the studio or equipment by him/her, or any other person, during their studio session.
2. All equipment and services supplied by Caviar Studios are entirely at the risk of the client. Caviar Studios shall not be liable for any loss or damage to materials or props or equipment, including consequential loss and loss of profit however caused, arising out of the use or the inability to use the equipment supplied or agreed to be supplied.
3. No alterations, decorations or additions to the studio are permitted without the written consent of Caviar Studios.
4. The client shall pay any costs incurred by Caviar Studios arising out of any breach of these conditions.
5. The client must notify Caviar Studios at the time of supply if the condition of the equipment is not acceptable.
6. Caviar Studios shall not be liable to the client for any loss, damage, expense, or for any consequential loss (including loss of profit) whatsoever or howsoever arising out of or in connection with any of the following: any damage to or loss of property by the Client or the Clients servants or agents or any third party; any breakdown, stoppage or failure of the facilities and equipment provided in the studio or any other equipment supplied to the client by Caviar Studios.
7. Caviar Studios can not guarantee insurance to any equipment left in the facilities overnight. Caviar Studios cannot be held responsible for any breakages, losses, damages or theft.

Fire Safety

1. No fire or smoke is permitted on the premises.
2. A client needs to have consent of Caviar Studios to use Haze or a Haze machine within the Premises.

Children

Children under the age of 18 must be supervised by a parent, guardian or responsible adult all times whilst on the premises.

Animals

Animals are not permitted in the studio without consent of Caviar Studios

Consent of Use

Please note that by using our studio services, you are consenting to the use of your brand logo and produced content on our website and social media for promotional purposes. We reserve the right to display your logo and content alongside our portfolio of work.
